  • Technology Park with 34 Buildings: In close coordination with banks and the foreclosure administrator, Nexus structured a two-stage transaction that led to a sale price significantly above the target value through a competitive bidding process.
  • Generating Rental Income in a Residential Development under Foreclosure: In a current mandate, Feldus has been commissioned to generate rental income through interim leasing of the underground garage. The structure is largely completed, but safety systems and access/escape routes are not yet fully functional. Feldus will assess the technical requirements for interim leasing, oversee the implementation of necessary measures, and manage the leasing process.
