Approach
A comprehensive strategy was developed to increase visibility and achieve product differentiation from a competing offering at a significantly lower rental level in the immediate vicinity. Special emphasis was placed on creating a user-friendly project website, setting up show suites, and closely coordinating with property management and brokers.

Outcome
Full lease-up was achieved at business plan rent levels despite a challenging market environment. Regular updates were presented in investment committee meetings.
