Background
Feldus has been commissioned by a foundation to manage a 5,000 m² office property (new construction & partial redevelopment) in Berlin.

Approach
At an early stage, before closing, Feldus represented the owner’s interests. For example, the requirements for building operations were identified and translated into a detailed scope of work, which served as the basis for tendering and awarding Facility Management services.
03.
Outcome
Factual ownership of the property was transferred smoothly. Warranty management was implemented immediately and has already proven to be robust on multiple occasions. All relevant service providers started on time, and operations have run smoothly since the start-up phase. The next step is the tenant fit-out (planning and construction).
