With the launch of Feldus Asset Management in September 2019, we are continuing our success as a team, building on our strong track record by combining our know-how in asset management, transactions and project management.
We manage different asset classes in both core and value-add situations. We have experience with large portfolios, but will consider the management of individual properties as well.
OUR PERSONAL VALUES ARE REFLECTED IN HOW WE HAVE DEFINED THE VALUES FOR FELDUS ASSET MANAGEMENT:
Asset Management Expertise
We combine technical and commercial expertise right from the start. This enables us to quickly achieve technically feasible solutions that also make economic sense.
